SG/B2/VAR - Product Co-Ordinator (IRC69060E)
We are currently seeking applications for Product Coordinators within the Social Security Programme Directorate based in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is a permanent and pensionable appointment and new entrants will normally start on the minimum of the pay range. Candidates with a disability who meet the essential criteria below will be invited to the assessments.
This post is part of the Programme devolving eleven Social Security Benefits to Scotland and launching a new Social Security Agency. This is a high-profile and exciting programme of work, which has political, public and media interest.
As a Product Co-ordinator, you will work with Product Owners or Technical Platform Owners in an Agile project management framework. You will support them to maintain plans, processes, progress and reporting for the delivery of individual social security benefits and/or supporting technology platforms.
For jobs in Band B & C you must hold a minimum of 3 Highers or equivalent.

1. Comprehensive experience of identifying, sourcing and analysing information to produce concise, well-structured and accurate written and numeric work.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build good professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
3. Experience in supporting, and maintaining the governance for projects which are using project management methodologies such as Agile and Prince 2.
4. Ability to manage time and ensure that project/process deadlines are met.
