LITIGATION LAWYER - SUFFOLK

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Litigator to join our clients in-house Debt Recovery team in Suffolk. Our client is a leading short term loan provider headquartered in East Anglia. The existing team is small but highly experienced and competent therefore the role will include a supervisory element. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of predominantly small claims cases in the County Court obtaining judgement and ensuring their enforcement. This role will be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis to the right candidate.

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years experience.
You will have a strong background in Civil Litigation with recent experience in Debt Recovery and Consumer Credit work.
Ideally you will have prior supervisory experience.
You should have a good working knowledge of FSA Compliance and the Consumer Credit Act.
You must have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
You will be highly organised and able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines.
