My client is a leading Technology company and are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to work in a large Marketing & Communications team responsible for leading the implementation of the brand strategy:

Define and track customer segments.
Develop brand performance metrics.
Track market trends and monitor competitor activity.
Monitor brand sales performance vs. budget and forecast.
Responsible for managing the marketing mix.
Manage and champion new product development.

Development and management of effective channel marketing programmes and direct to consumer ATL/BTL campaigns:

Lead research initiatives to establish priority marketing activities.
Development of marketing messages for products
Development of compelling sales tools and content that enables the sales channels to grow their businesses.
Work closely with channel sales team to develop and implement channel marketing and sales activity.
Manage relationships and budgets with agencies.
Effectively communicate brand marketing programmes across the business.
Monitoring channel sales performance pricing and impact of channel marketing activity.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Good understanding of the technology and Internet marketplace.
Proven brand building skills experience in brand management.
Effective communication and presentation skills that persuade and influence sales channels and internal stakeholders.
Degree education with relevant degree and/or professional marketing qualification
Strategic with an ability to make things happen.
Innovative and creative.
Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen experience managing budget and P&L.
Able to analyse data / research.
Professional and highly credible.
Strong influencing skills able to socialise information across management groups.
Works effectively as part of the Company team communicates positively at all levels both internally and externally.
Works effectively as part of a department team recognises areas where support is required and offers assistance.
Is flexible and adaptable in approach.
Takes an active role in personal development and frequently reviews individual objectives and attends training sessions as required.
