This leading employer and global consultancy is now seeking an additional Senior Pensions Administrator for their Hampshire based office.
Possessing up to date knowledge and experience of Defined Benefit pension arrangements you will be responsible for providing a full pensions administration service to a portfolio of clients and customers that will include ensuring delivery to a high standard of day to day client service including scheme and member events and the planning prioritisation and delivery of administration activities assigned to your own portfolio of client(s)
Additionally you will be involved in the participation of client visits and presentations as well as actively participate in team meetings supporting coaching and buddying new members of the team and highlighting / identifying any training needs.
Due to the nature of the role you will also see yourself involved in having to understand the fee basis for the clients as well as writing and updating scheme specific procedure manuals rules and documentation in line with any changes.
Possessing relevant experience of Defined Benefit pension arrangements with exposure to technical issues relating to pension scheme legislation and ideally a good understanding of data protection Inland Revenue Limits rules and regulations and recent legislative changes this is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation offering an excellent remuneration and benefits package coupled with ongoing training development and progression.
