What began as a small family business more than 25 years ago has grown to over 1500 optical stores in 10 countries. Is this the type of organisation you could see yourself working in? Now looking to recruit a Training & Development Manager with retail experience.
You will need to be able to write develop and deliver effective learning and development materials and solutions which become an integral part of the overall group learning and development plan and supports the growth of management knowledge and skills within stores.
Support the leadership team within group learning and development (Head of Retail Management & Leadership Development Head of Retail Operations Training) in the execution of the team?s annual plan initiatives ensuring delivery of these on time within budget and to a high quality standard.
It is essential for this position that you have Training and Development experience within the retail sector.
