This new post will be specifically responsible for best practice and innovation across older adult services at Gwalia specifically in relation to dementia.
You will lead our partnership Habren with the University of Glamorgan and have management responsibility for initiatives aimed at improving services to people with dementia.
Based in Swansea or Llanelli this role offers a competitive salary of £38562 - £45000 per annum and you will work 36 hours per week.
