We are currently recruiting for a multi sector national recruitment company specialising in Sports Recruitment Beauty IT sales Finance and Media. Recruitment is a full sales role incorporating telephoned based and face to face sales. The main focus of the business is bringing on new clients and interviewing candidates and "matching" the two together. Recruitment is not about helping people it is about working to targets and KPI?s and earning commission by placing the right people in the right job. No two days are the same and sometimes you will be working long hours but recruitment is one of the only careers based on meritocracy...you are rewarded for your own merits.
To succeed in recruitment you must be able to think on your feet and be able to make quick decisions you must be sales focused target driven and money motivated. You must have a good personality be able to work in a team but also individually. You must be hard working driven and want to be the best No previous experience in recruitment is needed However you must either be graduate OR graduate calibre and have some telephone or face to face sales experience. However more so you must have the right attitude and want to build a long term a career.
