Maternity Cover 6 to 9 months

My client a successful travel company is currently looking for a credit control team manager to cover an absence due to maternity leave. You will ideally have previously managed a team of credit controllers.
Duties will include:-
Responsibility for collection activities managing a multi million pound ledger
Reduce the level of bad debt exposure.
Monitor team performance.
Accurate and timely documentation and completion of weekly/monthly AR reports and analysis
Handling escalated queries
Conducting regular 1-2-1 meetings reviews and appraisals
