Looking for a good solid chef de partie for our busy kitchen. Experience of high volume and bistro style dinning would be beneficial. We use fresh produce and good cooking methods. This is a live in position and would suit someone that has held a live-in position before. Based on a 5 of 7 week with varied shifts and the occasional week end off. We are looking for a strong and committed team player that will fit in with the existing team. Always a chance of progression for the right person.
We have a 60 plus seater restaurant a bar and lounge area and functions up to 90. Kitchen is running all day and we are about to go into our very busy period. Apply and an immediate start is available.
