Searchs client are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Operations Manager to assume full responsibility for the manufacturing and process engineering group.
The main duties of this role are as follows:
Resource management/ manufacturing planning activities.
Oversee allocation of Process Engineers.
Manage site wide maintenance of equipment.
Manage all manufacturing operations personnel.
Identify process quality and general business risks.
The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems in addition to the following attributes:
Expert knowledge of Six Sigma/ process excellence tools.
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline with experience at a Senior Process Engineer/ Operations Manager level.
Strong background in heavily regulated environments i.e. automotive medical device pharmaceuticals.
